COULD I PAY BY INVOICE?

Payments by invoice on e-commerce sites involve a control of your personal data by independent credit rating agencies. As a result, this may influence other means of payment available on the store.

MY ORDER IS PAID BUT NOT YET SHIPPED, WHAT CAN I DO?

If you paid by bank transfer, it might take 2 to 4 days to receive your payment, depending on your bank. Once we received your payment, your order will be prepared and shipped.

Your items are booked for 9 days. Beyond this period, we will not be able to ship the items ordered. Once your order is shipped, you receive a confirmation e-mail.

RECEIPT OF MY PAYMENT

Your payment’s receipt depends on the method of payment. If you pay by Bancontact / Maestro or Paypal, the payment is received almost immediately.

If you pay by credit card, your card will be charged as soon as the packages are removed.

If you pay by bank transfer, it may take 2-4 days to receive your payment, depending on your bank.

I FORGOT TO WRITE DOWN MY ORDER NUMBER AS PAYMENT REFERENCE

Your order number is included in the order confirmation that you receive by e-mail.

In order to enable a perfect match between your order and your payment, we need all accurate information.

If you did not provide your order number in the bank transfer, then you should contact our customer service and give as much information as possible that will allow them to track your order (order number, customer number, account holder used).
